They are easy to digest, small enough for active kids but not so small that they need a handful (like gummies) to benefit.

• Konjac is a root vegetable and used to create the jelly texture.
• Locust Bean gum is a naturally occurring gum coming from the seeds of a carob
  tree. This is used to bind the ingredients together.
• Gellan gum is a natural plant based food stabilizer that has been around since
  the 1970s. Similar to other gums, it is made from a naturally occurring bacteria found on water lily plants.
